Apple Butter Sauce
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup dark rum
1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
4 apples
1/4 cup heavy cream (butter)

Apple Bread (Bread Machine Recipe)
1-1/2 lb. Loaf
1-1/8 cup Milk
3 tbs. Vegetable Oil
2-1/2 tbs. Sugar
3/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
3 cups Bread Flour
1-1/2 tsp. Yeast
1 large Apple (peeled & diced)
Note: Add the apples at the beginning of the 2nd kneading cycle.
